Return & Refund Policy

At Grind Active Kinetics, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • No receipt is required; we just need to match your return to the original order.
  • Items showing wear, marks, or damage caused after delivery may be declined.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@grindactivekinetics.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and packing instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds

We initiate your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your parcel. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank/card provider time to post the funds (typically up to 10 business days).
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us at support@grindactivekinetics.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size/style you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships within the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements above.
